I will typically have your order processed in 1-2 weeks, and ship time within the US will be roughly 1-2 weeks, while international orders will take 3-4 weeks. Sticker mail is not tracked for US or international orders.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I pack items as carefully as possible so unfortunately if an item is damaged that is the fault of the mail carrier. 

It's a huge bummer, but this is out of my control. Please file a a claim with the USPS, or visit your local post office to speak with someone. Give it a couple extra weeks to show up just in case! Tracking on my end looks exactly like the tracking on your end.

Another big bummer, but I have it as low as it can go. I am not profiting off of shipping at all, and pricing it at what I'm paying for it on my end. Stickers are cheap to ship, but items that require boxes or parcels have a higher shipping cost.

If it is within 24 hours of placing your order, send me an email and I can get it fixed! If I have already shipped the item out, it's out of my control. If the item returns to me I can ship it out again, but you will have to pay for the shipping cost again.
